Can I send my degree certificate directly to WES?
Yes, WES can evaluate research-based programs. Please send us a degree certificate by postal mail and send this form directly to WES in a sealed and stamped envelope.
Can transcripts be sent electronically to WES?
For security and authentication purposes, WES does not accept electronic documents attached in an email. Documents will be accepted only if they are sent through an official email and if there is an agreement with the institution. WES has this agreement with a limited number of institutions only.
How do you know if WES has received my documents?
It takes two to three business days for our staff to process documents after they arrive at WES. You will receive a status update once documents have been processed and are active in our system.

The typical processing time for World Education Services (WES) evaluations is approximately seven (7) business days from the day that a completed “Application” (including all required documents, information and full payment of fees) is received by WES and compiled for internal review and processing.
