The REM will serve the Montréal-Trudeau Airport in less than half an hour from the Bonaventure, McGill or Édouard-Montpetit stations. Reliable and frequent service will be guaranteed at all times and will be unaffected by traffic.

The Réseau express métropolitain (REM) is a 67-km light rail system with 26 stations linking downtown, the airport and the Greater Montréal area.
Is the REM loud?
The REM is a light rail transit system (LRT), which makes REM trains quieter than conventional trains. The number of seats in each car is 128 and the system can accommodate maximum 780 passengers. Powered by electricity supplied through a 1,500V catenary, the automated trains will have a maximum speed of 100km/h and average speed of 51km/h.
