The annual event, sponsored this year by Illumina and organised by Cambridge City Council, is one of the largest free displays in the region. The fireworks display will start at 7pm and has been designed by multi award-winning company, Pains Fireworks. Once the display has concluded then the bonfire will be lit.

We welcome all ages to the festival. However, there are entry restrictions for under 16s and we do advise not bringing young children. Anyone 15 and under must be accompanied by a ticket holder over 18 years old at all times. Children under 13 years are admitted free.
Can you take alcohol to reading fest?
5. You can’t take drinks into the arena. Whilst you can take alcohol onto the campsite, you can’t take drinks into the arena. Reading Festival only allows sealed soft drinks under 500ml, as well as reusable bottles when you see the acts.

How old do you have to be to go to Pride UK?
Yes, we want to make sure this is an inclusive and enjoyable day for everyone. Children are welcome to attend but must be accompanied by an adult. Everyone under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an appropriate adult (over the age of 18).
