How do I get a refund if my package wasn’t delivered?

What does Canada Post do with Return to Sender mail?
It is considered undeliverable and depending upon the class of mail, it will be returned to the sender at no cost to you. However, should you open the mail, you have, by definition, accepted delivery and the post office has done the job it was paid to do.
