Can I return shoes to Footlocker if I wore them?
For in-store purchases, if you don’t have your receipt, you’ll be able to exchange or receive store credit only at the current price. A store return without a receipt requires store manager approval and the item must be unworn and unwashed.
Can I return shoes if I wore them once?
Many chain shoe stores and online vendors have return policies that specify the shoes must be unworn and in the original packaging. That means that you should only wear them indoors on clean surfaces for a few days before deciding to return them. If they appear to be worn, you may not get a refund or exchange.

Can footlocker look up my receipt?
So do make sure to store your receipt that you’ve received carefully as you will need it should you decide to return or exchange your purchase. We will not be able to assist you without it.
How many times can I return shoes?
Copies of the return form can be obtained from customer service if misplaced. The HOKA 30 Day Guarantee is available for up to 4 pairs of HOKA shoes or up to 4 items of clothing or accessories over a 12 month period per customer. The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment.
