Can public use Cambridge library?
Cambridge Central Library is open and here for you. We welcome you to browse and borrow our collection, access our PCs and WI-FI for free and use our space to study, meet, share or just relax.
Is Cambridge University open to public?

Are you allowed to walk around Cambridge university?
You are very very limited in where you can walk to even see the exteriors and can’t go in to any of the buildings and most don’t let you even walk around outside in the courtyard. While the University itself was disappointing, Cambridge is still worth a visit. Loved the punt tour and the pubs are awesome.

Can visitors enter Cambridge University?

Alcohol cannot be consumed in any of the library buildings.
Can anyone go to Harvard library?

The Weston Library, Bodleian Old Library and Radcliffe Camera are the three iconic Oxford University library spaces open to visitors, located at the heart of historic Oxford.
Can I just go study in the British Library?
Can you work or study in the Reading Rooms? Yes. If you have a Reader Pass you can study at the British Library, even if you’re not using any collection items.
Why can’t you walk on the grass at Cambridge?
So, if you are in Cambridge, the only three reasons that you can walk on some college grass is if a) you are a Fellow, b) you are talking to a Fellow, and c) if you are a duck. But this brings up one point. The grass in Cambridge colleges look pretty nice, and they need to be serviced.

Do you have to wear a uniform at Cambridge?
A plain, long-sleeved, white shirt or blouse (unless a long-sleeved dress is worn). Formal black shoes. Sandals, trainers, open-toed shoes, slingbacks (heeled or flat) are not permitted. Unpatterned black, nearly-black, or natural coloured hosiery.
